The Firm provides assistance and advice in proceedings aimed at obtaining the fair reparation of the patrimonial and non-patrimonial damages suffered due to the failure to respect the reasonable term of the process (referred to in article 6, paragraph 1, of the Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms and Article 111, 1 co., of the Constitution), provided for by Law No. 89 of March 24, 2001 ("Pinto Law").
